1. Promotion of the gSixth Industrializationh and glocal production local consumptionh
We aim to establish a consistent system from production, processing to distribution.
With fishery rights at Yawatahama city, Ehime prefecture and Ohda city in Shimane prefecture, we are strengthening the direct procurement of fishery products such as fresh fish and live fish from the whole country, including utilization of the purchase right in Niigata regional wholesale market and Ohda fishery regional wholesale market in Shimane prefecture. Now we have about 100 nationwide suppliers. We are also enhancing the appeal of the store in the seasonal local menu utilizing the local ingredients and expand the direct marketing shops loved by local customers.
Last March 2016, we established a subsidiary Ohta Marketing Chimney Co., Ltd., and entered the market wholesale business in Ohta market. We strengthened procurement of "live fish" "live shell" and "fresh fish" and started shipping to stores in the Kanto area. In November, we made a business tie-up with CSN ChihouSousei Network Co., Ltd., purchase fresh fish landing at nationwide directly from fishermen without intermediate circulation, and offer it to customers in about 200 shops in Kanto center using "Haneda Market : Chousokusengyo ®".
2. Provide good service so that we can be supported by customers
We will continue to manage shops that can provide services for gencounteringh, gtalkingh, grelaxingh and ghealingh in speedy response to the needs of customers and the changes of the city which evolve every day.
Especially in this year we will focus on improving the service level and will further strengthen our human resource education to hone the cooking skills and services at the internal school "ABC Academy". We will hone the most delicious recommended dish at that store and aim to create stores those are loved by our customers by giving hospitality and something of value.
3. Create distinctive stores that utilize bi-directional information in each area
We will aim to create distinctive stores using bi-directional information such as production areas and products in each area. We will refine our brand power so that our customers can have great moments, and it will lead to further leaping development of each business category. We are promoting the creation of a relaxing environment nationwide, for family, people at work, local folks, and also individual customer.
